If your goal here is to: Get fitter Learn practical self-defence Gain confidence Or just try something more exciting than a treadmill Then yes, training three times a week is absolutely enough to feel progress without burnout.
But if you are: Preparing for a fight Pushing toward a competitive amateur/pro career Then three sessions might start the fire, but you will need to turn it up.
For many, three sessions is the foundation, not the limit.
You don’t need to train like a full time fighter to change your life.
You just need to show up and keep showing up.
