Un soft block signifie qu'il y a un problème sur votre compte que nous devons régler.
Il existe plusieurs raisons pour lesquelles vous pourriez avoir un soft block sur votre compte, notamment :
Nous avons des comptes en double pour vous dans notre système
Vous avez mis à jour votre adresse en ligne dans l'ancien catalogue et nous devons voir une preuve d'adresse
Vous avez signalé votre carte de bibliothèque comme perdue ou volée, nous devons donc vous délivrer une nouvelle carte
Nous devons mettre à jour vos coordonnées car un e-mail nous est revenu ou que nous avons reçu du courrier retour de vous.
Un soft block empêche l'utilisation de la machine de auto-enregistrement et du kiosque, mais vous pouvez toujours emprunter des articles physiques au bureau d'accueil.
Si vous avez un soft block sur votre compte, veuillez nous contacter afin que nous puissions régler le problème sur votre compte et supprimer le blocage.
